Effective Altruism, LLC develops new domestic or international volunteer program models and components and assesses existing volunteer programs and practices for nonprofit, for-profit, employee engagement, educational, faith-based, and government agencies, organizations, and institutions.

• Social Media: Designing and launching organizational social media presence and/or training staff on effectively using social media in volunteer programs
• Volunteer Program Development: Crafting dynamic models and effective practice strategies for foundational volunteer resource management, e.g. recruitment, screening/matching, training and orientation, communications, recognition, etc.
• International and Domestic Volunteerism Resource Development: Creating tools and resources to help individuals (potential volunteers, students, etc.) seeking to volunteer locally or abroad make more informed decisions about their options for meaningful service
• Overall Volunteer Program Assessment: Providing a comprehensive analysis of current volunteer resource management practices and infrastructure
